Why go to a traffic school
at all?
When you receive a ticket, in some cases points are assessed
on your driving record as a result. Sometimes, you are ordered
to attend florida traffic school by a court of law. Often,
this attendance will prevent the ticket from appearing on
your official driving record as points. !
By taking the this florida traffic school class, you are eligible
for an 18% fine reduction (civil penalty only), no points
on your record for the current violation, no insurance increases
as long as there is no accident associated with the ticket
(statute 318.14 (9)), and your safe driver status will be
maintained. Some insurance companies even give discounts after
you successfully complete a traffic school course.
1. Are these courses good for my county?
Yes, all of our courses are approved
for the entire state of Florida, all 67 counties!.
2. Do I have to take the entire course in one sitting?
No, you can log on and off as many times
as you want. That the coures at your own pace from any computer
with internet access. Our courses save your progress and you
can return where you left off..
3. How long does it take to get my certificate? After
you've completed the course, you have these options. We mail
the certificate to you for FREE by regular mail. For a $9.95
fee, you can have your certificate emailed to you. For $29 you
can have the certificate sent via expedited mail.
4. Do I need any special software to complete your online
courses? No, all you need is access
to the Internet. You complete the course entirely online.
5. How long do the courses actually take? The
courses are either (4) or (8) hours in length. Expect to spend
at least that much time completing the course. There is no maximum
limit, however, so take your time. The test is open book and
is timed.
6. What score do I need to pass the tests? All
of the courses require an 80% on the final exam. They are all
open book. You can retake the test for free if you do not pass.
7. What if I don't pass the test on my first try? You
may retake the test for free (up to three times) if you don't
pass.
8. Will the certificate be mailed to
me. You have the choose to have your
certificate mailed to you for free. it goes out by regular mail
to the address you provide in your registration
9. Can I have my certificate emailed to
me? Yes,
we do provide the service of creating a PDF version of your
certificate which you can print from your home computer. There
is a $9.95 fee.
10. Can I have my certificate overnighted to me? Yes.
